Application Study Of The Clinical Pathway In Uterine Fibroids Laparoscopic Operation

Objective: This study reference the research approach, method and results ofclinical pathway at home and abroad in recent years, establish the clinical pathway ofuterine fibroids, discusses the feasibility of the clinical pathway in laparoscopic surgeryof uterine fibroids, promote evidence-based medicine for the provision of clinic pathway.Methods: select120patients with uterine fibroids laparoscopic surgery from August2010to February2011for observation group, and120patients with uterine fibroidslaparoscopic surgery from January2010to July in the control group. According to theclinical trial implementation of diagnosis and treatment and nursing daily path,rehabilitation work, for the treatment and nursing care, check the project, and the numberof total hospital not unified regulation. Results: The average day in hospital, averagehospital expenses was significantly lower than the control group, the postoperativecomplications, negative effect less than the control group（P＜0.01）, patient satisfactionand health knowledge score significantly higher than those in the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Application of clinical pathway in uterine fibroids laparoscopicsurgery patients can shorten the average length of stay, reduce the cost of health care, sothat patients receive the best quality health care, improve patient satisfaction. It is feasibleand promotion.
