| Objective:To discuss correlative factors of axillary lymph nodesmetastasis(ALNMs)from breast cancer and to provide scientific basis for deciding diseasecondition,estimating disease prognosis and the adjuvant treatment in breastcancer.Methods: The data related to ALNMs from627cases of breast cancer who weresurgically treated from January2006to September2007in Xinjiang Tumor Hospital wereretrospectively.SPSS13.0software of statistics was used to analyze these data,and thedifferences was statistically significant when P＜0.05.The significant factors wereanalyzed by Logistic regression analisis.Results: There were296cases of patients withaxillary lymph node metastasis and the incidence rate was47.2%.Nation of the patients,amenorrhea or not, tumor size were the risk factors of lymph node metastases,and thedifferences was statistically significant.Conclusion:The rate number of ALNMs in breastcancer are affected by Nation of the patients, amenorrhea or not and the tumor size. |
