| ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between some factors such as ages, pathological types, axillary lymph nodes metastasis and number,HER-2,estrogen and progesteronreceptor, tumor size,Ki-67and bone metastasis in breast cancer.MethodsRetrospective analysis of76patients of bone metastasis in breast cancer among172breast cancer patients during2007to2010.Analysis some factors such as ages, pathological types, axillary lymph nodes metastasis and number,HER-2,estrogen andprogesteron receptor, tumor size,Ki-67to clear is there any correlation with bonemetastasis in breast cancer.ResultsBone metastasis in breast cancer is associated with axillary lymph nodes metastasisand number,HER-2,estrogen and progesteron receptor,Ki-67,no correlation withages. Conclusion During76patients of bone metastasis in breast cancer, patients’tumors less than2cmwere5,2-5cm were51,lager than5cm were16,another4patients were not clear.69patients were diagnosed Invasive ductal carcinoma,3patients were diagnosedintraductal carcinoma,4patients were not clear. There are25patients who had nolymph nodes metastasis,28patients who had1-4lymph nodes metastasis,21patientswho had more than4lymph nodes metastasis,other2patients were not clear, thetransport rate is66.22%.51patients’ estrogen and progesteron receptor were positive,16patients’ were negative,other9patients were not clear.18patients’ express ofKi-67were less than5%,52patients’ were more than5%,other6patients were notclear.22patients’ bone metastasis were only one position,55patients were more thantwo positions. There were another group of96patients of breast cancer without bonemetastasis,as an matched group.Breast cancers patients who had more than4axillarylymph nodes metastasis, positive HER-2,positive estrogen and progesteron receptor, high expression of Ki-67were more likely to occur bone metastasis. These patientsshoule strengthen regular follow-up after operation, patients who have several riskfactors should use bone protection drugs after operation and adjuvant chemotherapyas preventive measures. |
