Which is important in the research. This topic did researches about the Herstellungstechnik of essential oil, total flavonid and quality standard of Anaphalis aureopunctata. Which provide science basis for further research development of this plant.This paper using orthogonal test method and variance analy-sis, through particle size of medicinal materials, water quantity, soaking time,extract ing time as the investigation factors to se lect the best extraction process of volatile oil from Anaphalis aureopunctata as follows:crushed herbs fifty mesh, plus twleve times the amount of water, soak two hours, steam distillation e-xtraction eight hours.Above process higher extraction yield, the equipment is simple, easy to operate for industrial production. The chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The main components in the oil were Eudesma-4(14),11-diene, a-Bisabolol,6,10,14-trimethyl-2-Pentadecanone,caryophyllene oxide, a-selinene and so on. Which were the main components of the sp-ices.This paper considers the investigate factors of ethanol so-lvent, ethanol concentration, ethanol dosage, extraction time, extraction times, chooses the best methods of making the extr-action of Anaphalis aureopunctata by using L9(34) orthogonal experiment method and the analysiing of variance. That is twenty times amount, seventy percent alcohol,reflux extraction twotimes, one hour per time. The extraction technology is stable and feasi ble for industrial production.In the research of quality standard of Anaphalis aureopunc-tata, adopting TLC to identify tiliroside for qualitative identi fication.The spots are clearly visible and reproducible in this method. Using HPLC on the content determination of tiliroside. Draws up the limited content of tiliroside of Anaphalis aureop-unctata. And the water, total ash were determined, the method are accurate and reproducible, which provides scientific theory for quality control of Anaphalis aureopunctata.
