Clinical Observation Of Clearing Heat And Dampness Treatment Of The Damp-heat Syndrome Of Chronic Nephritis

This project to proceed from the clinical, treatment of the dialectical theoryas the guiding ideology,learning and inheritance of the clinical experience of the instructors, Compare mentor’s experience prescription clearing heat and dampness prescription with huangkui jiaonang treatment of chronic nephritis Damp-heat commonly used in clinical, analyze and summarize both the urine protein, urine red blood cell count outcome measures in order to observe the clinical efficacy of clearing heat and dampness Treatment of Chronic NephritisObjective:This study will compare the mentor’s experience prescription clearing heat and dampness prescription with huangkui jiaonang evaluation of clearing heat and dampness treatment of chronic nephritis the clinical efficacy of the damp-heat syndrome.Methods:Reference to the "Traditional Chinese Drug treatment of chronic nephritis clinical research guiding principles" to select60cases of chronic glomerulonephritispatients with damp-heat syndrome in Wuhan First Hospital, Ministry of outpatient and inpatient treatment in June2011and January2012, take a randomized controlled experimental methods into the treatment group, control group, two groups,30cases in each group. Treatment group were treated with basic therapy plus heat dampness Treatment of the control group, the group with basic treatment and the treatment of huangkui jiaonang, and observed a total of eight weeks. Outcome measures:The main signs and symptoms before and after treatment, urine difference between the changes of the24hours proteinuria and renal function.Results:(1)Clinical effects of two groups of treatment:Total effective rate was73.3%, control group the total effective rate was60.0%.Ridit statistical analysis, the comparison between two groups no statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to the controls.(2)Two group therapy effect is for chinese medical certificate:The total effective rate was86.7%, control group the total effective rate was80.0%. Ridit statistical analysis between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), the treatment group was superior to the controls.(3)Two groups of treatment TCM syndrome score in comparison:The two groups before and after treatment have improved, Between the two groups after treatment, no significant tips in improving lumbar pain, fatigue, poor appetite and indigestion, but in the change of swelling, swollen sores on the skin boils, urine yellow red and other aspects of statistical significance (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group than the control group in improving the symptoms of damp-heat syndrome.(4)Biochemical indicators of the two groups of treatment:before and after treatment the two groups in the improvement of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urine protein qualitative, urine red blood cell count,24-hour urine protein, serum albumin were statistically significant (P <0.05); between the two groups after treatment suggest that blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, the treatment group and control group showed no statistically significant (P>0.05), qualitative urine protein, urine red blood cell count,24-hour urinary protein excretion, plasma white eggstreatment group and control group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that qualitative treatment group in improving urinary protein, urine red blood cell count,24-hour urinary protein excretion, serum albumin than the control group.Conelusions:Clear ing heat and dampness method significant improvement in clinical symptoms and signs of chronic nephritis, and improved clinical indicators, with good clinical efficacy, and can significantly improve patients’symptoms, improve patients’ quality of life.
