The observation group is treated by three sub-Yin Decoction with the original western medicine, the control group is treated by simple oral western medicine. treatment, treatment6months. Monitoring the patients before and after the blood pressure level, the parameters of echocardiographic, microalbuminuria and clinical manifestations. All statistics statistical software SPSS13.0calculated by.Results:1. Blood pressure:Group of Integrated traditional and western before treatment low level after systolic blood pressure decreased obviously (P<0.05), diastolic pressure before and after treatment (P>0.05no difference), pulse pressure was significant difference (P<0.05). Group of Integrated western systolic blood pressure level compared with before treatment after treatment, a significant difference (P<0.05), diastolic pressure before and after the treatment is significant difference(P<0.05), pressing of arteries and veins before and after treatment (P>0.05no difference), the two groups after the treatment is significant difference in diastolic pressure (P<0.05), without difference (P>0.05) in systolic blood pressure.2. Echocardiography:The two groups before treatment low level after IVSTd, LVPWTd, LVEDd, LVMI decreased obviously. Group of Integrated traditional and western before treatment low level after the parameters of echocardiographic decreased obviously (P<0.05), group of Integrated western the parameters of echocardiographic compared with before treatment after treatment, a significant difference (P<0.05), the two groups before and after the treatment is significant difference in the parameters of echocardiographic (P<0.05)3. Microalbuminuria:Group of Integrated traditional and western before treatment low level after microalbuminuria decreased obviously (P<0.05), group of Integrated western microalbuminuria compared with before and after treatment without difference (P>0.05), the two groups before and after the treatment is significant difference in microalbuminuria (P<0.05)4. Clinical symptoms:According to the two groups determine the treatment effect in TCM Syndromes scores and the decreased level of Symptom scores. Group of Integrated traditional and western before treatment low level after clinical symptoms decreased obviously (P<0.01), group of Integrated western clinical symptoms compared with before and after treatment is significant difference in Clinical symptoms (P<0.05), but the effect is poor; the group of Integrated traditional and western powerfully cases significantly higher than that in group of Integrated western (P<0.05), invalid cases obviously lower than in group of Integrated western (P<0.05)5. Adverse reactions:In the group of Integrated traditional and western, there are two cases of dry cough, one cases of dizziness, fatigue, and one cases of skin rash; In the group of Integrated western, there are6cases of dry cough,3cases of nausea,2cases of dizziness, fatigue, the patients could tolerate, not stopping halfway.Conclusion:The group of Integrated traditional and western can lower blood pressure, improve the cardiac parameters, reduce microalbuminuria, improve the clinical symptoms, ang the effect is satisfied than the group of integrated western. This research shows that three sub-Yin decoction can diastolic blood vessels, easing the arterial spasm, narrowing pulse pressure, good to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension, improve people’s quality of life, so that more people benefit.
