Study on forming process of4formulations:in the experimental basis, to plaster melted, uniformity, hardness, viscosity score, choice of glycerin, twelve alkyl sodium sulfate, stearicacid, triethanolamine, monoglyceride, lanolin, paraffin as a matrix, using L18(37) orthogonal test optimization active analgesic plaster affixed to the substrate ratio.5. And the obtained chromatogram spots are clear. However, only the layer spots of radix puerariae can be identified in the traditional black plaster; and for the other medicine materials, no layer spots are illustrated.6. The factors affecting results:Active analgesic plaster samples, in40degree test under conditions of continuous inestigation within10days, the testing results and the test were compared before, there are no obvious change. From the results it can be seen in plaster Nakagawa teasel root saponin VI and the content of Puerarin in the condition of high temperature stability.Active analgesic plaster sample under high humidity condition esay to absorb water, causing the sample to the increased water content, affect the quality of products,sealed packaging, quality assurance and stability, the results can be seen in the plaster Nakagawa teasel root saponin VI and the content of Puerarin in the condition of high temperature stability. Conclusion:Development of active analgesic plaster has a good appearance, the plaster can be applied to the skin to achieve good results. Extraction, preparation process, quality and so on, for its development to lay a good foundation.
