| Objective:Traditional Chinese medicine is an ffective treatment for high blood pressure,which has been widely used in cinic.A systematic study on extraction process,preparation process,quality standards and the preliminary pharmacodynamics on Kemangjiangya tablets has been carried out,which provide research data for the development of a new traditional Chinese medicine in treating patients with high blood pressure.Methods:①The dry extract preparation study of Kemangjiangya tablets:An HPLC method was established for the determination of aurantio-obtusin in the dry paste of Kemangjiangya tablets.Taking the content of aurantio-obtusin and the yield rate of dry extract as the evaluation index,the best extraction condition was determined with single factor and orthogonal experiments.②The molding process study:The optimum process condition of the tablets were chosen by single factor experiments.Conventional preparation test methods for tablets were used to evaluate the quality of the prepared tablets.Taking fluidity,water content,ritical relative humidity as the evaluation index of the granules,based on this index,proves the feasibility of the optimum process.③The quality standards study:TCL were used to identify Kemangjiangya tablets.Establish a method for determing the contents of chrysophanol and aurantio-obtusin in Kemangjiangya tablets.And the inspection items such as the appearance,properties,qualitative,differences in weight were included in the tablet quality standards.④Pharmacodynamics preliminary study:Study the effect of Kemangjiangya tablets on pressure overload-induced cardiovascular remodeling in rats.Results:①The optimized extraction condition has got:water extracting three times,8 times amount of water was added and lasted for 1 hours every time.②The optimal preparation conditions of Kemangjiangya tablets were as follows:The extracta has been pulverized,adding into starch,been made into particles by 95%ehanol.Granulation,joining the prescriptions of magnesium stearate,mixing,tabletting.The results showed that Kemangjiangya tablets was prepared by the optimal process were up to the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.③The HPLC method was established to make quantitative analysis of chrysophanol and aurantio-obtusin.Prepared Kemangjiangya tablets accords with the regulations.TLC spot develops were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.A draft quality control standard of the products was established.④The results preliminarily indicates that the Kemangjiangya tablets can lower blood pressure of rats and inhibit hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy.Conclusion:The study established the extraction process and preparation process of Kemangjiangya tablets.The technology is reasonable and practicable.The Kemangjiangya tablets can lower blood pressure. |
