Objective: To compare the influence to retention force between titanium implant abutment and metal crown by surface roughness.Method:According to national standards, we manufactured titanium abutments and metal crowns with1.6μm. Then will the abutments according to the surface roughness comparison specimens of packet processing. Use respectively self-compound resin curing with the same adhesive metal crowns the cementation, testing tensile strength.Result:According to level the correlation analysis,Ra value in the0.012μm~100μm interval titanium surface roughness and foundation pile bond strength both correlation coefficient:R=-0.629,p=0.016<0.05, has statistical significance, bond strength decreases with surface roughness. Analyzing the change trend:when Ra value in the12.5μm~100μm the bonding strength corresponding were less than when0.012μm~6.3μm interval of the corresponding adhesive strength. When Ra value in the 0.012um~6.3μm interval in p=0.187>0.05,no statistical significance, with the increase of roughness the bond strength no change; when Ra≥12.5μm,p=0.018<0.05,has statistical significance. Bond strength increases with surface roughness, when12.5μm≥Ra≥B.3μm, bond strength decreases with surface roughness.Conclusion:Titanium abutments and the metal crowns bonding, the retention force has no significant with surface roughness of abutments change in change.The bonding strength corresponding when Ra value in the12.5μm~100μm were less than w0.012μm~6.3μm interval of the corresponding adhesive strength.Titanium abutment surface roughness outline arithmetic average deviation should be controlled in6.3μm, to ensure the higher retention force.
