In the process of implant supported fixed denture prosthodontics, because of being simple to operate and more adjacent to traditional technology, adhension retention was used as the first method to bond superstructure and implant to acquire the whole good looking of dental crown and passive fitting. At present, adhensive agent which was used in the connection between odontal tissue and metal crown is now used in the connection between implant titanium abutment and metal crown. But crown will become loose even fall off in 1 to 2 years after implantation. Additionally, abutment in different implant systems should be modified according to different condition of occlusion. And select the different cement on the basis of practic environment frequently. Adhensive agent and titanium abutment were regarded as an entirety as implant metal crown prosthetic replacement made effect. So the key is focuing on the protection of retention. Unstable retention of implant denture does not make effect, even hurts the implant denture and it's sourroundings of support tissues. The retention of implant denture single crown was correlated with the design, manufacture, adhensive agent, material of metal base crown, treatment of the metal surface, height of abutment, degree of polymerization, and so on. So the affect factors of retention between implant titanium abutment and metal...
