Objective:Discussion on pathogenesis of patients with liver cirrhosis in Yanbian and prognosis relevant factors. Methods:Collect date from October1998to October2011with "liver cirrhosis" for the diagnosis in Yanbian hospital treatment in patients with a total of1903patients were retrospectively analyzed the causes. Screening complete clinical data and laboratory results in1303cases, of which123cases of death patients were retrospectively analyzed. Create the database with EXCEL software, statistics with SPSS17.0, measurement data by using two group of independent sample t-test, represent with x±s. Level counting date use a rank and inspection data, not counting the x2inspection level data. Analyze the indicators by the single factor analysis on P<0.05(P<0.05Judge the difference obviously) with unconditional Logistic regression. And calculate the relative risk (OR value) and95%confidence interval (CI), finally draw regression equation. Note (live group and death of n>100group, for large sample, and for physiological indexes, the approximate normal distribution, directly with two groups of independent sample t-test).Result:①From October1998to December2005pure hepatitis b virus infection396cases (56.3%), simple hepatitis c virus infection,283cases (40.2%) patients with hepatitis b and hepatitis c virus infection overlap in10(1.4%); Patients with hepatitis b and hepatitis virus infection type d overlap in3cases (0.4%); Pure alcohol cirrhosis in5patients (0.7%); Hepatitis b virus sex hepatitis with alcoholic common injury liver cirrhosis in2cases (0.3%); The unidentified liver cirrhosis in5patients (0.7%). In January2006to October2011pure hepatitis b virus infection603cases (50.3%), simple hepatitis c virus infection.512cases (42.7%) patients with hepatitis b and hepatitis c virus infection overlap18cases (1.5%); Pure alcohol cirrhosis41cases (3.4%); Hepatitis b virus sex hepatitis with alcoholic common injury cirrhosis15cases (1.3%); Autoimmune liver cirrhosis1cases (0.1%); The unidentified8cases of liver cirrhosis (0.7%).②Cirrhosis deaths group and improving group of single factor analysis found that cereal third transaminase. aspertate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, albumin, white balls ratio, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, sodium and chloride, calcium, the coagulation time, cretonne, platelets, platelet average volume, ascites, Child-pugh classification, hepatic encephalopathy, digestive bleeding on, hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) are the influence of liver cirrhosis after independent risk factors. One hepatorenal syndrome (HRS), hepatic encephalopathy, upper gastrointestinal bleeding as the main risk factors are positive relevant factors. The regression coefficients were13.36,5.34,4.412. The chlorine ion and albumin are negative relevant factors.Conclusion:1,The liver cirrhosis in yanbian area still mainly with HBV, but HBV infection has declined in nearly6years, but HCV infection and pure alcohol poisoning, alcohol and viral hepatitis common damage is obviously rising trend has become the second and the third largest cirrhosis cause.2, The prognosis risk factors for liver cirrhosis in yanbian area are cereal third transaminase, aspertate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, albumin, white balls ratio, total bilirubin. direct bilirubin, sodium and chloride, calcium, and prothrombin time, part of prothrombin time, creatinine, platelets, platelet average volume, ascites, Child-pugh classification, hepatic encephalopathy, digestive bleeding on, hepatorenal syndrome.3, The main cause of death of patients with cirrhosis in Yanbian area are hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome and upper gastrointestinal bleeding...
