Study on the preparation and lipid-decreasing effect of chewable tablets in the pleurotus cttrinopileatus.Use polysaccharides extraction rate as index, we adopt orthogonal design method to optimize polysaccharides extract technology. Select the best extraction process between decoction and enzymolysis, and the polysaccharides extraction of enzymolysis has a higher extraction rate. Enzymolysis time, Enzyme amount and enzymolysis temperature have the effect on the extraction of Rhodioside;The optimum mixture extraction process is as follows:enzymolysis60mins,the amount of enzyme was1.5%,the enzymolysis temperature was60℃,after that extract twice with water. After optimization the extraction process was stable、reasonable.Formulational prescriptions were analyzed by the index such as color, taste, rigidity, appearance of the chewing tablets, and the best prescription was selected. We adopt orthogonal design and merged with combination score method to optimize the formulation. The result followed as:extract dosage30%, sucrose25%, dextrin35%, citric acid1.5%, mannitol8.5%, adjust tablet weight by magnesium stearate, appropriate70%ethanol. With determination,the parameters of flowability and hydroscopicity of dry granulas, we find the naked tablets qualified.We adopt TLC to identify pine pollen in quality criteria research. Contrast medicinal materials and sample solution have the same spots in the corresponding position, the color is clear, no negative interference, and separation is good. We used Polyamide-UV to determine the content of total flavonoids, the Method is reliable and simple.To study the of pleurotus citrinopileatus on experimental rats with hyerlipidemia.rats were randomly divided into seven groups:control group,positive control,negative control,high-fat diet group, chewable tablets of pleurotus citrinopileatus group. They were three control group with Chewable tablets of pleurotus citrinopileatus of different concentrations(1.8,3.6and5.4g/kg/d,0.1mL·10 g-1·BW) for30days;result:The concentration of TC,TG and LDL-C in serum of Group Chewable tablets of pleurotus citrinopileatus group were decreas significantly compared with Group(P<0.01),and the concentration of HDL-C in serum was obviously increased in the meantime (P<0.01),superoxide dismutase (SOD), maleic dialdehyde (MDA) levels of serum of liver.
