Objective:To investigate the expression of Her2/neu、COX-2in colorectal cancer and adjacent tissue by immunohistochemical method, To explore the relationship of Her2/neu, COX-2and the clinical indicators of colorectal cancer. To provide a theoretical basis for targeted drug therapy of colorectal cancer. Methods:The immunohistochemistry method (SP method) was used to detect the expression of Her2/neu, COX-2in45colorectal cancer and45adjacent tissue. Applicated SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:Her2/neu protein expression rate was86.7%in colorectal cancer, significantly higher than the rate of28.9%of Her2/neu protein expression in adjacent tissue (P<0.05). The overexpression of Her2/neu in colorectal cancer tissues showed a correlation with liver metastasis, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and Dukes’stage (P<0.05). The rate of COX-2protein expression in colorectal cancer was88.9%, significantly higher than the rate of31.1%of COX-2protein expression in adjacent tissues (P<0.05). The overexpression of COX-2in colorectal cancer tissues showed a correlation with liver metastases, bowel obstruction, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and Dukes’ stage (P<0.05), Her2/neu, and COX-2expression has a positive correlation in colorectal cancer (P<0.05), COX-2and clinical serum CEA has a significant positive correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Her2/neu and COX-2protein expression in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than adjacent tissue; Her2/neu and COX-2protein were related to depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis and Dukes stage of colorectal cancer; Her2/neu and COX-2protein expression showed a positive correlation in colorectal cancer, and further to provide an objective basis for targeted therapy of colorectal cancer.
