The Expression Of BRD7Protein In Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma And Their Clinical Significance

Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of BRD7protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:The expression of BRD7protein in101cases of NSCLC tissue of NSCLC and normal lung tissue were checked by Immunohistochemistry. The relations with the expression of BRD7protein and the multiple factors of age, gender, smoking, pathological type, P-TNM stage, differentiation and lymph node metastasis were analyzed statistically.Results:The expression rates of BRD7protein in NSCLC and normal lung tissue sections were76.2%and6.1%, respectively(P<0.05); Positive expression rate of BRD7in NSCLC tissue is significantly higher than that of normal lung tissue; The expression of BRD7protein was associated with P-TNM stage, differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)(X2=8.799.6.223.8.358; P=0.012.0.045.0.004); The expression of BRD7protein was not associated with the age, gender, smoking, pathological type,(P>0.05)(X2=0.193.0.536.0.403.1.771; P=0.660.0.464.0.526.0.413).Conclusion:BRD7protein in cancer tissues of NSCLC have higher expression rate in normal lung tissues, suggesting that BRD7with lung cancer is closely related; In patients with NSCLC, the TNM stage of BRD7protein with cell differentiation and tumor TNM (N)may provide a new reference index for the prognosis of patients.
