Clinical Reseach Of Constipation-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treated By Tuina Therapy Of Adjusting Qi And Tong-fu

Objective:The article was to abserve the effect in curing constipation by tuinatherapy of Adjusting Qi and Tong-fu further more discuss the mechanism.Mthods:60patients with Constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly chosenand divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. Each groupcontained30cases.The treatment group was treated by tuina therapy of Adjusting Qi andTong-fu,and the control group was treated by oral medicine（cisapride tablets10mg,twice a day.）.Result:The total effective rate of tuina group is96.67%，and the effectiverate of the contral group is76.67%,there was no significant difference between the twogroups（X2=7.09，P﹥0.05）.Conclusions:Tuina therapy has better therapeutic effect onConstipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome more than the oral medicinetherapy.Because of advantages of simple manipulations, without adverse effect, rapidtherapeutic effect and easy to be accepted by patients,it is worth advocating to be applied.
