| Objective:This study was designed to investigate the interventional effect of the orthopaedicspinal massage to body painful sub-health by WHOQOL-BRIEF and MPQ, to provide reliable clinical basis and therapeutic scheme for sub-health’s clinical prevention. Methods:Using the Doll’s clinical case random table to assign the sixty cases who accord with accepting criteria into two groups:treated group and control group in proportion. Give the different interventions to different groups. The patients would collect and record once WHOQOL-BRIEF and MPQ for the therapeutic effect evaluated at the ending of the1st and the12th therapy.According to the scores’changes of main symptoms and the back-signs’, to evaluate the improvement rate of the measuring scale’s scores from pre-intervention and post-intervention and make statistic analysis using SPSS16.0.Result:1.The body painful sub-health patients could be compared, because there’re no statistical significance (P>0.05)among the ageã€sex and courseã€WHOQOL-BRIEFã€MPQ〠lumbar spine’s features.2.MPQ comparing:â‘ Treatment group could improve the index of PRIã€NWCã€PPI after treatment. There’s significant (P<0.05),it’s indicated that by the orthopaedicspinal massage, Pain rating index the number of words chosen and present pain intensity could be improved obviously.â‘¡The control group have no distinctive changing on index of the PRIã€NWCã€PPI (P>0.05).â‘¢Two groups have obvious differences (P<0.01)on the PRIã€NWCã€PPI after theapy. So the orthopaedicspinal massage could be better than the control group on the MPQ index.3. WHOQOL-BRIEF comparing:â‘ Treatment group have improved the scores(P<0.05).â‘¡The treatment group’s score changed above10that called improving, so after the therapy, patients living quality improved.3the control group had no improvement(P<0.05).The control group’s score changed below10that called stable, so there’s no obvious improvement.â‘£Two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05) on pre-intervention and post-intervention and after the treatment. It’s indicated that the treatment group did better on the living quality improving.4.Lumbar spine’s features comparing:â‘ There’s no improvement on pre-intervention and post-intervention (P>0.05).â‘¡The orthopaedicspinal massage group have better effective rate than the control group. Conclusion:Massage as a effectiveã€economical and green treatment obtained positive effect on improving sub-health clinical uncomfortable symptoms. The bodypainfulsub-health patients’symptoms could be effectivly improved and changed to the health situation by orthopaedicspinal massage. That could provide a strong evidence for the effection of the massage. |
