Jiang Ya Yin Of Endothelin Levels And Antihypetrensive Effects Observed In Elderly Hypetrensive Patients(level One And Two)

Objective:To observe blood pressure and four endothelin changes before and aftertreatment, investigates endothelin in elderly patients with hypertension in the pathogenesisand observe the clinical efficacy of Jiang Ya Yin to provide a theoretical basis for clinicalapplication.Method:Selected60cases of elderly patients with hypertension were randomlydivided into2groups,treatment group of30cases,control group of30cases. Treatmentgroup was given the Jiang Ya Yin orally combined with Western medicine Valsartan of8weeks, the control group received single-drug Valsartan treatment of8weeks. To observedbefore and after treatment the patient’s blood pressure, four endothelin and the syndromescore of change.Results: The treatment group have12markedly cases,14effective cases,4invalidcases, the total efficiency of87%. The control group have8markedly cases,14effectivecases,8invalid cases, the total efficiency of73%,and between the two groups havesignificant difference(P<0.05). Blood pressure of the two groups have significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),and between the two groups have significantdifference(P<0.01). Total efficiency of symptom improve in the treatment group is90.0%,the control group is66.7%,and between the two groups have significantdifference(P<0.05).Before and after treatment of the ET-1,PGF1a,TXB2and NO, the twogroups have significant differences(P<0.01),and between the two groups have significantdifference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jiang Ya Yin can significantly lower blood pressure in elderlyhypertensive patients, improve clinical symptoms and improve metabolism of endothelinand other vasoactive substances, to protect the vascular endothelium.
