Objective: By observing the clinical significance and the effect of methods ofactivating Qi and blood circulation, eliminating stasis and assuaging pain on treatingLumbar Spinal Stenosis, make an objective evaluation of the efficacy of methods ofactivating Qi and blood circulation, eliminating stasis and assuaging pain on treatingLumbar Spinal Stenosis and better guide clinical work. Methods:60patients with LSSwere randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30each.The treatmentgroup was treated by methods of activating Qi and blood circulation, eliminating stasis andassuaging pain and taking oral anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs Loxoprofen SodiumTablets to treat Lss. The control group was treated by taking oral anti-inflammatoryanalgesic drugs Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets to treat Lss.After2weeks follow-up, observethe efficacy. Results: In treatment group,9were fully recovered,16were improved with5invalid.The total effective rate was83.3%.In control group,7were fully recovered,13wereimproved with10invalid.The total effective rate was66.7%.
