The Clinical Study Of Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With XiaoYaoLiKun Decoction

Objective: To investigate the treatment and clinical effect of XiaoYaoLiKunDecoction on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (CPID) of qi stagnation and bloodstasis, analyze its effect of hemorheology and immune function indicators in patients.Methods: We selected60patients with CPID and devided them randomly intotreatment group (30cases, treated with XiaoYaoLiKun Decoction) and control group(30cases, treated with FuKeJing capsule).Synthetic effect、TCM Syndrome、Symptomsand signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment．Meanwhile thelevels of of the blood rheology、IL-2and the size of the accessory inflammatory masswere measured and compared.Results: The total effective rate is93.3%in the treatment group, while it is86.7%inthe control group, there is significant difference between them(p<0.01).In the aspect ofimproving symptoms and signs, the curative rate is96.7%in the treatment group and90.0%in the control group. Analyzed with statistic method, they are significantlydifferent(p<0.01). Treatment group in the change of hemorheology in high-shear wholeblood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen, IL-2andso on were significantly better than the control group(p<0.01)；Changing blood rheologyshear whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate index andminishing the size of the inflammatory mass were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: XiaoYaoLiKun Decoction is effective and safe in treating CPID ofqi stagnation and blood stasis.
