Clinical Research On Treating The Myelodysplastic Syndrome-Refractory Anemia By Yisuibuxuefang

Objective: observation on yisuibuxuefang recipe combined with All-trans retinoticacid(ATRA) in the treatment of Myelodysplastic syndromes-RA (MDS-RA) clinical effects,and a preliminary study on the therapeutic mechanism, to provide a basis for clinical use ofdrugs. Methods: met the inclusion criteria of40patients with myelodysplastic syndromein patients with RA randomly divided into treatment and control groups, treatment group20, invigorating the spleen and tonifying kidney plus combined with ATRA for reduction;control group of20cases, treated by simple use of ATRA.Two months were described asone period of treatment.After two periods，clinical effect was observed.Observation ofclinical curative effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment and syndromeof traditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation, peripheral blood cell counts,percentage of naive cells from peripheral blood and bone marrow changes. Results:clinical observation: treatment group total effective rate75.00%, controlled group totaleffective rate55.00%, both Zhijian exists significantly sexual differences (P<0.05);treatment group of tcm card waiting integral improve significantly, obvious better thancontrolled group (P<0.05); health spleen supplement renal method can effective improvepatients anemia, and bleeding, symptoms, improve outside week hemogram, reduce bonemarrow in the naive cell percentage, but and controlled group zhijian obvious differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: dominated by yisuibuxuefang combined with ATRA can effectivelyimprove the patient’s clinical signs and symptoms, have a better clinical curative effect ontreatment of MDS-RA.
