Objective: The diabetic retinopathy with depression in patients with diabeticretinopathy not depressed patients blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin, depending onthe function of the comparison of the indexes, this paper discusses depression to theinfluence of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Through the questionnaire way, choose HAMD questionnaire survey.Select HAMD scale of24points at the20-35points and meet other criteria of a total of85patients, for type2diabetes with depression group (the observation group), the selection ofHAMD scale of24points at the0-eight points and meet other into the standards for a totalof77patients in the control group. Records two groups were blood glucose, and glycatedhemoglobin, vision, plasma ET index, and the statistical analysis, analysis the resultsconcluded. Results: Two groups of patients age, gender, such as a course of the generalinformation than is both not significant; Fasting blood glucose, blood sugar is2hours aftera meal there were no statistically significant; The observation group glycated hemoglobinlevels higher than control group, which has statistical significance; The observation groupvisual function average lower than those of the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); Two groups of diabetic retinopathy integral level, thereare statistically significant difference (P <0.01); The observation group average plasma ETlevel higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); The observation group CGRP average lower than those of the control group, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05); The observation group ET/CGRP ratioand the control group have significant statistically significant (P <0.01); The observationgroup of VEGF average level higher than those in the control group, a statisticallysignificant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: Through the162cases of patients with diabetes fasting blood sugar, blood glucose after a meal, glycated hemoglobin, depending on the function and the retina grading integral, ET, CGRP, such as the determination of VEGF index, through thestatistical analysis, we got: depression in patients with type2diabetes have certaininfluence to progress, especially for glycated hemoglobin and index all have more obviousinfluence; In addition, through the observed in patients with type2diabetes depending onthe function and the retina grading integral, ET, CGRP, VEGF index change, can be foundin a certain extent, reduce depression in patients with type2diabetes of visual function, increase of2patients with diabetes retinopathy of degree.
