The Clinical Research Of Tang Bingning Combined With Cobalt Ammonium Injection Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Purpose: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Tang bining combined with cobaltammonium treating the diabetic peripheral neuropathy and relative advantage of simplewestern medicine.Method: The prospective randomized method would be adapted in dividing sixty DPNpatients into two groups, one is treatment group (Tang bining combined with cobaltammonium injection500ug each time), the other is control group(cobalt ammoniuminjection500ug each time), each group has thirty patients who correspond with thediagnosis standard. Then compared with clinical symptom score and nerve conductionvelocity of both sides after eight weeks treatment with statistical method.Result: Two groups of patients in clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity haveimproved. The total effective rate is63.33%in treatment group,while its83.33%incontrol group. Tang bining combined with western medicine is much better than thecontrol group in the clinical symptom and the nerve conduction velocity.Conclusion: Tang bining combined with cobalt ammonium has great effect on DPN of qiand yin deficiency and blood stasis and also well know for its safety. This would providenew idea in treating with DPN of TCM.
