The Clinical Research Of Modified Zhigancao Soup On The Treatment Of Sinus Bradycardia

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of treating syndrome of Qi-astheniaand blood-Stasis of sinus bradycardia through applying the Modified Zhigancao Soup andTo explore its mechanism.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into theexperimental group (30cases) and the control group (30cases). Xinbao pill were givento the control group. The experimental group was dosed Modified Zhigancao Soup. Thecourse of clinical treatment is four weeks.Result: Compared with the control group,experimental group after treatment had remarkable effect upon improvingelectrocardiogram,24hours dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG)and heart rates. There weresignificant differences (P<0.05).The effect on clinical symptom of The experimentalgroup,including palpitation,chest distress and lassitude, was greatly improved(P<0.05).The experimental group had remarkable effect upon clinical general therapeutic effect（P<0.05）.Conclusion: Modified Zhigancao Soup has good curative effect on treatingsyndrome of Qi-asthenia and blood-Stasis of sinus bradycardia, can increase heartrates,can appease palpitation, chest distress and lassitude.Its mechanism may be thatModified Zhigancao Soup can improve cardiac functions and increase A-V nodalrhythm.
