Objective:1.The clinical research of the relationship between the puncture needle angle and thedistribution of bone cement.2. To provide guidance for puncture operation in PVP intraoperative ofthoracolumbar vertebral.Methods:1.115thoracolumbar vertebral(T11~L2)with compression fracture patients wereselected, who were treated with thoracolumbar precut-aneous vertebroplasty,in which105vertebrals of97patients were reaches the vertebral axis Before the mid1/3(target)bypuncture needle in intraoperative. And receive the intraoperative measurement data(including the distance between the puncture point and the body midline and the length ofthe puncture needle in the human body) and the CT scans of each vertebral body inpostoperative.2. With the help of computer software, measure and calculate the proportion of bonecement in vertebral in postoperative, according to the length measured in intraoperative, converst to angles between the Puncture needle and body sagittal plane.3. Analysis whether there exist relevance correlation between puncture needle angleand bone cement,by applicating statistical analysis software.Result:1. The puncture angles of puncture needle are from20degrees to30degrees,inwhich18cases of vertebral body in20degrees to22degrees,19cases of vertebral body in22.1degrees to24degrees,27cases of vertebral body in24.1degrees to26degrees,25cases of vertebral body in26.1degrees to28degrees,16cases of vertebral body in28.1degrees to30degrees. 2. There is statistical difference between the puncture angles from different sequenceof thoracolumbar vertebrals in PVP intraoperative.3. The puncture angles from different sequence of thoracolumbar vertebrals and bonecement distribution is negatively related to.The smaller the puncture angles is, the betterthe distribution of bone cement is.Conclusion:1.Take transpedicular puncture can achieve better bone cement distribution, whentake the percutaneous vertebroplasty of the thoracolumbar vertebral body withcompression fracture.2. In the PVP intraoperative, the relationship between the puncture angle and thebone cement distribution is that, under the premise that the pedicle wall is not worn out,The smaller the puncture angles is, the better the distribution of bone cement and the ratioplot of bone cement are,the better the stiffness and strength of vertebral is.3.The regularity between the puncture needle angle and bone cement distribution inthis topic, can provide guidance to doctor to obtain better bone cement distribution in thePVP intraoperative.
