Clinical Study Of Treating Type2Diabetes Mellitus With The Method Of Smoothing The Liver And Strengthening The Spleen

Objective: To observe the effect of treatment of smoothing the liver and strengtheningthe spleen in clinic.Methods:We select60cases of patients with type2diabetes,randomlydivide into two groups, and give foundation treatment of education,diet control andexercise program,30cases in the standard based on western medicine therapy (controlgroup);30cases in the foundation treatment based on giving traditional chinese medicineand western medicine therapy (treatment group),clinical research mainly observed beforeand after treatment of patients with traditional chinese clinical symptoms,Insulin resistanceindex,BMI,Glucose,insulin and lipidacid level treatment for eight weeks. Results: There issignificant difference between the treatment group and the control group in glucose andlipid acid level,Insulin resistance index,traditional chinese clinical symptoms.Thetreatment group is super than the control group obviously.(P<0.05). Conclusion: TheShuGanJianPi-Tang can low Insulin, Insulin resistance index,Glucose and lipid acidlevel,improves traditional chinese medicine syndromes. The method of smoothing the liverand strengthening the spleen is a good way to treat this disease.
