Analysis And Evaluation Of Diabetic Screening Result And Effection Of Health Invention In Village Clinics

Objective: Through blood sugar screenning and outpatients registeration of fieldinvetigation for the clinics of Anhui province during April2010to December2011, analyze the morbidity of diabetes through blood sugar screenning in everyclinic, to investigate the feasibility of diabetic screening in village-clinics of Hcountry, Anhui Province, evaluate the effection of health education for diabetes,research the effective road of diabetes health education in rural of Anhui province,Provide better theory and practice for rural diabetes patients’ heath. Methods:We utilized the method of Literature research, Expert consultation, fieldorganization investigation, Descriptive statistical analysis, chisquare test andtelephone interview questionnaires to collect and analyze the data. Then, weanalyzed the2388blood test information records of the village-clinics in Hcountry, Anhui Province. Results:（1） There are139diabetic,the totalmorbidity of diabetes is5.80%, included75new diabetes and64diagonseddiabetes;（2）With age increased, the diabetes morbidity increased significantly(P<0.05);（3）Diabetes morbidity in female group is higher than male group(P<0.05), but youger male group (40-49ages) diabestes morbidity is less higherthan female group(P<0.05);(4) In the third round after health educationinvention,most (90%) of those detected at screening go to hospital forconfirmation;(5) All (100%) of those who go are same diagnosed;（6）More than75%take medication;（8）Heath education for diatetes have marked change inreported diet and weight,54.70%patients have change their bad diet behavior and90.60%patiens’s weight lost;（9）87.50%have done diabetic control. Conclusion: Diabetes screening in village-clinic is significant for diabetes earlier find, earlierdiagnoses and earlier cure, village clinic doctors can test successfully, issignificant for strengthening the enthusiasm of diabetic patients’ self-health careand reducing the economic burden of rural residents, has high feasibility. Observeold female blood sugarlevel and health condition, further normative for ruraldiabetes, especially for the important patients’ safely medication use.strengthening the inventionthe for raral diabetic patients and enthusiasm ofdiabetic patients’ self-health care, structure the diabetes three level preventionmechanism.
