The Localization And Application In Post-traumatic Growth Rating Scale Of Patients With Diabetes Foot

Objective:Translating the post-traumatic growth rating Scale in Chinese Version,examine its reliability and validity, to measure the patients with diabetic foot, preliminary analysis of the influence of growth factors.Methods: The scale was authorized by the original author, in strict accordance with the Brislin’s translation principles for translation:(1)Translation group includes four people:Two master graduate students translate the post-traumatic growth rating scale of English version to Chinese version.Two medical experts which had study abroad experience make independent evaluation and modification and then after discussions formed the Chinese version of post-traumatic growth rating scale;(2) back translation group includes two people:College English teacher that blinded with tne original scale translate the Chinese version of post-traumatic growth rating scale back into English;(3)co-ordination group includes one people:nursing experts which had the experience studying abroad compare the back translation scale with the original English scale,then find out the consistent rate less than70%of statements.(4) Find out the sentences.then translate and back translate, coordinate them until all of them achieve90%above the same requirements and the Chinese translation is closest to the original English scale.After counseling translation Experts and psychological pretesting, modify the items and confirm the final Scale of the Chinese version.Use the final Chinese version scale and the general patient information questionnaire to investigate200patients with diabetic foot of four hospitals in Harbin.Use the SPSS19.0statistical software to analyze data,examine the reliability and validity of the post-traumatic growth rating Scale in Chinese Version, and to analyze the main factors that affect the growth of diabetic patients.Results:1.The reliability Cronbach’a coefficient of the scale in Chinese version is0.904, The dimension of the Cronbach’a is between0.782and0.830. the content validity ratio (CVR) of the post-traumatic growth rating scale in Chinese version is between0.2～1, The principal component analysis varimax orthogonal rotation after extracted4factors, the cumulative contribution rate is58.209%.Confirmatory factor analysis of the various goodness-of-fit measurement indexes are in the acceptable range.2. The general information factors on patients with diabetic foot:cultural level, having religious beliefs or not, mode of medical payment, whether amputation (toe), marital status,five factors in diabetic patients with posttraumatic growth were significant difference.The linear multivariate regression analysis shows:cultural level, having religious beliefs or not, mode of medical payment are the main factors that effect the level of the patients with diabetes foot after trauma growth.Conclusion:1. The post-traumatic growth rating scale in Chinese version has good reliability and validity. It can be used for measuring psychological level of clinical diabetic foot patients after trauma development.2. The cultural level of the diabetic patients, whether amputation (toe), the mode of medical payment are the main factors that effect the level of the patients with diabetes foot after trauma growth.
