The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Chronic Pyelonephritis Of Women Perimenopausal With Yushen Decoction And Fumigation Method

Objective:According to observing the study on treatment of asthenia of the spleen andkindney CPN with yu shenDecoction and fumigation,we can not only testify the treatment method’s effectiveness,but also improve the index of immune fuction and lessen the failure and recurrent rate.Method:60patients with chronic pyelonephritis were openly divided into two groups:We have treated30CPN patients by liao shen Decoction and fumigation;and there are also30CPN patients treated with liao shen Decoction as a control experiment,We observed the influence on routione urine analysis and urine bacteriologic examination、the index of immune function (IgG、IgM、IgA)and the long term treatment resuly of these two treatment method of CPN patient.Results:①Two groups of symptoms and signs of improvement, the treatment group and control group were has good effect, but the treatment group was better than control (P<0.05).②Treatment group and control group in recent cure rate of similar effect (P>0.05), but in the treatment of failure, compare the long-term outcome, the treatment group was better than control (P<0.05).③The treatment group in routine urine after often rate and urine bacteria in turn rate better than those in the control group (P<0.05).④In patients immunology (serumimmunoglobulin) index Improvement situation in, the treatment group and control group were has good effect, but the curative effect of treatment group was better than control (P<0.05).Conclusion:yu shen Decoction and fumigation can obviously Improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the CPN patients, patients with chronic pyelonephritis the cellular immune function and humoral immune function have obvious improvement effect, can enhance the body’s ability to fight infection, reduce the CPN repeated or again hair, improve the forward rate, has the good clinical curative effect.
