Ma Hongbin Chief Physician’s Experience In The Differentiation And Treatment Of Chronic Pyelonephritis Conclusion

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Ma Hongbin Chief physician to dialectical treatment the chronic pyelonephritis by studying with tutor in the clinical mainly,collecting the typical treatment cases of chronic pyelonephritis that tutor applied to clinical,concluding tutor’s experience for the treatment of this disease,then inheritting and spreading the tutor’s academic thought.Methods:(1)Collect teacher Ma Hongbin chief physician outpatient prescriptions treatment of chronic pyelonephritis, using data mining techniques to explore mentor Ma Hongbin,director of physician treatment medication regularities of chronic pyelonephritis.(2)Mainly through the clinical learning follow the tutor,organize and summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis of Ma Hongbin Chief Physician by learning the characteristics of medication for clinical cases and mentor.(3)This experience is summarized in a total of 4 cases of typical clinical cases collected.Evaluate Ma Hongbin chief pysician’s treatment effect in the classification treatment of chronic pyelonephritis,according to tutor’s characteristics of classification.Result:(1)According to the features of medication in treating chronic pyelonephritis of professor Ma Hongbin in clinical and selection charateristics, detailed summary and data statistics were performed from 95 prescriptions. Based on association rules analysis study of composing principle,based on entropy clustering regularity of prescription research,and based on complex system entropy clustering of drug combination of core analysis,there were given the top three drugs mainly for Poria cocos,Himalayan teasel root, licorice.The top three drug combinations are "Cortex phellodendri, Himalayan teasel root " "Licorice,Poria cocos" "Achyranthes root,Himalayan teasel root".The evalution of core of drug combinations in 3-4 flavors,and four new prescriptions. Finally, the tutor statistics his medication characteristics from Four Natures and Five Flavours, finding the usage of drugs which sweet flavour,warm nature more frequent.(2)According to the clinical characteristic of chronic pyelonephritis, Tutor Ma divided this disease into 4 kinds of symptoms.They are kidney deficiency and damp heat(hot and heavy),kidney deficiency and damp heat(wet and heavy),kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and Qi-Yin deficiency.According to theclinical features of patients,4 patients were selected,and according to the different syndromes of the patients were treated with the different prescriptions. After 3 to 4 courses of treatmen, the clinical symptoms disappeared,urine routine and other indicators improved significantly,providing the clinical curative effect is remarkable.Conclusion:Through the statistics and summary of tutor precriptions,Professor Ma Hongbin’s experience in treating chronic pyelonephritis can be devided into 4 types and 4different prescriptions,meeted the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment,makes the combination of dialectical and herbal medicine,the corresponding combination of disease and syndrome,improved the clinical efficacy,and according to the relevant rules of the prescription selection of instructors, provide a new basis for clinical medication and the selected party.
