Selection of clinical efficacy, Toronto classification (TFGS) score and symptoms, signs, grading the three indicators of the quantitative criteria as an evaluation tool, put all the experimental data obtained into software SPSS17.0to analysis.Results:1.Before the test four groups of patients with general information, Toronto, graded scoring system (TFGS) clinical symptom score and symptoms, signs, grading the performance of quantitative criteria score were no significant difference (P>0.05);2.After the test, four groups of patients with Toronto of grading system (TFGS) clinical symptom score and symptoms, signs, grading the performance of quantitative criteria score difference were statistically significant (P<0.05);3.The second group, The third group of patients with Toronto of grading system (TFGS) clinical symptom score and symptoms, signs classification to quantify the performance of the standard score test was no significant difference (P>0.05);4. After test each test group and the control group、the test group1and2、the test group land3patients with Toronto of grading system (TFGS) clinical symptom score after the test were higher than before the test points, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05); test three groups of symptoms, signs, grading quantitative criteriathe performance scores were lower than the former test, the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05);5. After test four groups of clinical efficient respectively is that the control group was66.7%,the first group of clinical effective rate was76.3%, the second group of clinical effective rate was93.3%, the third group of clinical effective rate was96.7%, the clinical efficient between each test group and the control group、the test group land2、the test group1and3were statistically significant (P<0.05),the clinical efficient between group2and3comparative differences are not significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The Facial paralysis patients were treated with ear pressure, Herb steaming, Herb steaming combined with ear pressure which depend on the base of conventional treatment in our hospital and nursing model were compared are all effective;2.
