The Study On The Qulified Person System Of China’s Pharmaceutical Companies

The importance of system has been clear improved. The relationship between economic performance and it has become increasingly close. Since medicine industry is one of the most controlled industries, the creation of every system will make a deep affection on the industry. Firstly, according to the research of related literatures, there is few study from an economic point of view on the establishment of medicine policy system. Secondly, it is the time that new editional GMP implement and new idea introduction. As one of the cores of GMP, qualified person system development trendy and effect is unneglectable. Finally, qualified person system has been exploring for five years, and it now has a good opportunity to a deep development. So, the writer wants to make a sturdy according to an economic view.METHODS:The Comparative Institutional Analysis, whose spokesman is AOKI, explained the evolution of system using the game theory connecting the economic politics history culture and law. Using the perspective of comparative institutional analysis, the paper analysis four defines of "system" and elaborates the definition and character of CIA. From the view of endogenous of system, shared idea, institutional complementation, the paper analysis deeply the qualified person system and rent seeking problem using game theory and principal-agent theory.RESULTS:There still are many problems in China’s qualified person system from view of economic. Some issues are from the design and some others are exists in the environment of system.CONCLUSIONS:On basis of this, the paper researched on how to improve the Qualified Person system to offering adoptable suggestions.
