| Objective:Acne vulgari s, whi ch belongs to the category of the traditional Chinese medicine "acne",is a clinical common chronic inflammatory skin disease of hair follicles and sebaceous glands.It is easy to attack repeatedly and multiple in adolescent boys and girls.But in recent years, more and younger patients who suffur form acne in the peri menopausal period appear,which effects the physical and mental health of patients seriously. The aim of this study is to observe the clinical effect of using Shuganlipi decoction to treat the perimenopausal women acne. All above is to search for an effective prescription, and to understand its development characteristics and influencing factors at this stage. Using this,we can have a more profound understanding of its development,which hope to provide a new thinking and basis for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal acneMethods:60paitents who suffer form perimenopausal women acne can be divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group, each group has30cases. Respectively using traditional Chinese medicine and Tanshinone capsule to treat the two groups and contrast the curative effect.The observation period is a month (4weeks are a course of treatment). After a course of treatment, observing the clinical curative effect before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control groupResults:In the comprehensive curative effect, the total effective rate is90.00%in the treatment group,compared with76.67%in the control group, which has significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).In the curative effect of skin lesions,the total effective rate is93.33%in treatment group, compared with73.33%in the control group,which has significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuganlipi decoction has the exact clinical curative effect in the treatment of perimenopausal women acne. Besides this,it also has fewer side effects. |
