Clinical Research On Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction And Yanghe Decoction On Treating The Bradyarrhythmia

Objective:Through the observation of curative effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Yanghe Decoction on treating the bradyarrhythmia, the syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney type, to demonstrate the rationality and clinical efficacy of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Yanghe Decoction.Methods:Using the method of open trial and randomized controlled parallel tests to divided the58patients, the syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney type, into two groups,28cases of the treatment group,30cases of the control group. Treatment group was given to Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Yanghe Decoction treatment, the control group was given Xinbao treatment. For one month, to observe the Heart Rate and Laboratory change, so as to determine the Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Yanghe Decoction clinical curative effect.Results:The treatment group was more effective than the control group in the patient’s symptoms of improved, such as palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, ringing in the ears, lips cyanosis, with exception of shortness of breath, fatigue and pale complexion. Two groups were able to raise the heart rate, and the treatment group was much better than the control group with average heart rate, the fastest heart rate, the slowest heart rate, total heart rate. Medication1-4weeks, there was a significant differences in resting heart rate between the two groups.2weeks later, in the treatment group, there was still a slow increase in resting heart rate, but, the control group was none. There was no obvious abnormality that the two groups before and after were treated in blood pressure, liver and kidney function, blood routine, urine routine. Conclusion:There was a significant clinical efficacy for Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and Yanghe Decoction on treating the brad-yarrhythmia (the syndrome of yang deficiency of heart and kidney type).
