The Clinical Research Of The Acupuncture On Remote Location With Moving Method For Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective:to observe the clinical curative effect of the a cupuncture on remote location with moving method for scapuloh umeral periarthritis, through the clinical symptoms and functiona1score, discusses the farend location method for scapulohumeral periarthritisethod of dynamic mechanism of action.Methods:the patients with periarthritis of shoulder diagn osis standard60cases, according to random number table groupin g method, divided into the treatment group (remote location dyn amic method treatment group), the control group (ordinary acupu ncture group), each group of each30patients. Based on visual simulation evaluation method, pain shoulder function evaluation questionnaire to the daily living skills, muscle scale in two gro ups before and after treament were evaluated.Results:treatment group and control group in the group c ompared before and after treatment, and patients shoulder week pain, shoulder function and activity levels, daily living skills,m uscle score more, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Control group for comparison between groups before an d after treatment, the patient shoulder week pain, shoulder funct ion and activity levels and daily life ability and strength score more, there are significant differences, a statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The acupuncture on remote location with m oving method can significantly improve the dynamic treatments for pain visual simulation evaluation method of the score, and obviously improved shoulder function and activity levels and dai ly life activities, muscle.2. The acupuncture on remote location with m oving method in improving periarthritis of shoulder symptoms a nd treatment of daily life activity ability is better than ordinary acupuncture group therapy.
