| Background:Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a common clinicaldisorder of sleep related breathing,its pathological central factor of injury is internallong-term intermittent hypoxia or reoxyenation environment.In addition,OSAHS lendsto long-term hypoxemia,hypecapnia,generation of overactive oxyradicaly andabnormality of neuro-humoral regulatory mechanism,which is considered as a systemicdisease due to its dramatically polysystemic damage.Currently,in order to reliefhypoxemiaã€correct sleep architecture changes and lower the incidence of complicationsin perioperative period,offering clinically to preoperative severe patients with OSAHSfor3-5days CPAP treatment is indispensable.Purpose:Explore the effectiveness of preoperative treatment with CPAP and relatedmechanism of cure cardiovascular illness,via comparing the content of ROS ofneutrophil in peripheral blood,total antioxygen ability of blood serum,PSG and score ofESS of inpatients before and after preoperative CPAP therapy.Method:I choose30cases of patients with severe OSAHS hospitalized in Otolaryngology-Head&Neck Surgery of our hospital, and all the patients diagnosed bypolosomnography (PSG) are male, and the cases are diagnosed under the newly revisedobstructive sleep apneaï¼hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS), with body mass index(BMI)27.23±2.97kg/m2,average age47±11,without the interference of wine, cigarettes anddrugs and so on. All the objects have no chronic diseases at liver, kidney, rheumatoid,bones, internal secretion, reproductive system and tumors. Before operations, patientsreceived no other treats apart from CPAP. The statistics about AHI, LSaO2, averagedegree of SaO2, ESS scores, content of polymorphonuclear cells (PMN) and TAOCbefore and after CPAP. Content of polymorphonuclear cells is tested by flow cytometry and TAOC by ABTS.ResultBefore and after CPAP, the statistics relatively are AHI(t=5.250P<0.05)ã€LsSaO2(t=-4.190P<0.05)ã€SaO2average (t=-2.339P<0.05)ã€ESS scores (t=16.405P<0.05)ã€ROS(t=15.648P<0.05)and T-AOC(t=-6.827P<0.05),and the differencesare obvious.Conclusion1. OSAHS patients have a high level of Oxidative Stress.2. Before operations, CPAP can help cure sleep disorders, low blood oxygen contentand lethargy symptoms.3. Before operations, CPAP can lower the level of OS in the body.4. Before operations, CPAP can be helpful in the treatment of OSAHS patients withbasic diseases, and reduce the possibility of around operation symptoms. |
