Objective To evaluate the features of bacterial spectrum and drugresistance in chronic infected wounds. Methods Prospectively, one Hundred and fortyexcretionspecimenofinfected wound of whom admitted to our hospital from March2010toSeptember2011were collected f0r bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test. Results Of all,140cases were isolated19Strains.Staphylococcusaureus with19cases (14.62%)rated the first, followed by Escherichia coliwith18cases (13.85%),Proteus mirabilis with17cases(13.08%),Staphylococcus epidermidis with16cases(12.31%), Enterococcus faecaliswith16cases(12.31%), Acinetobacter baumannii with14cases (10.77%).Highly sensitive antibiotics of Gram-positive bacteria were Tigecycline andVancomycin. Highly sensitive antibiotics of Gram-negative bacteria wereimipenem and amikacin. Conclusion bacteria of infected wounds are commonly resistant toantibiotics. It is important for reasonable drug application to know thedistribution and resistance of commonly encountered bacteria.
