Screening Evaluation Index System Of Techniques Suitable For Rural Health In Chongqing

Objective：This thesis aims at providing technical and scientific supportfor selecting techniques, which are suitable for popularizing and applyingto rural health in Chongqing, by the establishment of screening evaluationindex system and the overall evaluation of the effectiveness, economy,safety and suitability of the techniques for rural health in Chongqing.Methods：By consulting to the documents, the author drafts the first"Screening Evaluation Index System of Techniques Suitable for RuralHealth in Chongqing." With the help of Delphi Method,9experts givescores and feedbacks to the critical procedures of evaluating indicator inthe draft. Based on the feedbacks, a second investing is to be carried outand the system is to be eventually established. After that, RSR Method isapplied in order to define the percentage of each evaluation index in thesystem. Within the system,51techniques for rural health is professionallyevaluated and comprehensively scored by applying the linear weightedmodel. According to the scores, the suitable techniques for rural health inChongqing are eventually screened.Results：（1）The screening evaluation index system for rural health inChongqing is established. It is consisted of8indexes, including familiarity, safety, effectiveness, economy, simplicity, case number, required equipmentand popularization of suitable application.（2）The percentage of eachevaluation index is calculated within the system by using RSR Method:familiarity0.160, safety0.147, effective0.137, economy0.125, simple0.128, case number0.151, required equipment0.071, and popularization ofsuitable application0.080.（3）With the help of the screening evaluationindex system, suitable techniques for rural health in Chongqing areprofessionally evaluated and comprehensively scored by applying thelinear weighted model. According to the scores,20techniques for ruralhealth are eventually screened out and need to be popularized in towns,counties and villages in Chongqing. Those techniques are short-actingcontraceptive methods, hypertension and treatment, emergency drugcontraception, manual scraping method (flexor massage) treatingcold-dampness cold, Yuan Gong365copper IUD, Xanthium powder typeplug nose treatment of rhinitis, examined in detail staining technique, wifeof the love contraceptive suppository, chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease (COPD) standardized treatment regimens, pediatric asthma clinicalstandard of technology of prevention and cure, Gao kneading childLientery treated by sterilization, psychosomatic status detection technologyconsulting, infrared breast examination technique, treating cervicitissuppository, infantile diarrhea disease diagnosis and treatment of theappropriate technologies for rural health, Jiang Ni, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy cold knee arthritis, women reproductive healthexamination management norms, infrared therapy Palace Cervical lesions,pit and fissure caries technology, acupuncture on shoulder pain point fortreatment of periarthritis of shoulder, colposcopy, cervical lesions clinicalapplication of clinical treatment (Baofukang suppository), Bao Xin GongHuan nourishing granule (Obstetrics and Gynecology Tiaojing Zhixue),prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.（4）9advisory experts areauthorities in Delphi investigation. All of their index values are above0.7.Conclusion：With Delphi Expert Consultation Method, the thesisestablishes a set of scientific, systematic and comprehensive ScreeningEvaluation Index System of Techniques Suitable for Rural Health inChongqing. Meanwhile, by applying the system to the actual situation inrural area of Chongqing, the suitable techniques are comprehensively andthoroughly evaluated. In this way, the aim of popularizing and applyingsuitable techniques as well as providing scientific support to other ruralareas is achieved.
