DTI Quantitative Mitral And Tricuspid Annular Movement Evaluation The Left And Right Ventricular Function Of Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Objective：To search for the worth of Doppler tissue imaging(DTI) in the evaluationof diastolic and systolic function in both left and right ventricles in patients of dilatedcardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods：Forty patients with DCM and forty healthy individuals were enrolled,byusing the contrast detection of the DTI and mitral France with Philips IE33colorDoppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.Measured mitral indicators:The peakvelocity of the early diastolic and the late diastolicE,A,and then calculate the ratio E/A; Measured DTI indicators:The peak motion velocities at systole phase(Vs),earlydiastolic phase(Ve),late diastolic phase(Va), and then calculate the ratio Ve/Va.examined the possible correlation of left ventricular and right ventricular functions.Results：1.color Doppler imaging: comparison with the control group,group E and Athere were no statistical significance（P<0.01）；the value of dilated cardiomyopathyE/A ratio increased, there were statistical significance（P＞0.05）.2.tissue Dopplerimaging: comparison with the control group, the value of dilated cardiomyopathygroup Vs,Ve,Va,Ve/Va ratio decreased,there were statistical significance（P<0.01）.3.The left ventricular function had a positive relation with right ventricular function,Ve/Va（r=0.69，P<0.01）,Vs（r=0.77，P<0.01）.Conclusions：1. DTI to combine color Doppler imaging can accurate the Diastolicfunction.2. Patients with DCM had significant correlations of left and rightventricular function, left and right ventricular systolic function and diastolicdysfunction had different levels obstacle.3. DTI can determine the extent of thedamage of the cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy andsignificance on the clinical diagnosis treatment.
