The purpose: To compare lumbar interbody Ring saw–shaped bone graft andinternal fixation, and fixation for the treatment of lumbar degenerative disease of thetraditional posterior lumbar interbody fusion rate, breakage rate, operation time, bleeding amount, days of hospitalization, clinical efficacy, provide better interbodyfusion method for clinical.Methods:87cases of lumbar degenerative disease were divided into A, B groups, group A lumbar interbody Ring saw–shaped bone grafting and internal fixation(experimental group), Group B, the traditional posterior lumbar interbody fusioninternal fixation (control group), review the clinical data of the two groups ofpatients, compare the rate of broken nails of the grafting method after fusion rate, operation time, amount of bleeding, hospital days, and clinical symptoms to improvethe situation. Results: Patients in both groups were followed up for6-26months, with an averageof18.4months, two groups in operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalstay, clinical efficacy was no significant difference (P>0.05); group A is not asingle case broken nail broken nails, between the two groups, postoperativeincidence of significant difference (P <0.05); in group A, the lumbar interbody Ringsaw–shaped bone graft and internal fixation fusion rate was100%, in group B, thetradition posterior lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation and fusion rate of90.48%, there was statistical significance (P=0.043<0.05).Conclusion: In group A lumbar interbody Ring saw–shaped bone graft and internalfixation compare group B the traditional posterior lumbar interbody fusion internalfixation for treatment of lumbar degenerative disease, the clinical efficacy of surgicaltime, blood loss, length of hospital stay close to not statistically significant; posteriorlumbar interbody Ring saw–shaped bone graft and internal fixation group no cases ofbroken nails; group A lumbar interbody Ring saw–shaped bone grafting and internal fixation than traditional the interbody financial internal fixation group had a higherfusion rate, was statistically significant. |
