| Osteoporosis (OS) was defined by WHO in1994, as the decrease in bone mass, bone tissuemicrostructure damage, increase of bone fragility, leading to increased risk of fractures ischaracterized by a systemic skeletal disease. Many research results show that: the lowfrequency electromagnetic field have released pain and increased bone density patients withosteoporosis, so it has good prospect in development and application of osteoporosis therapy.But different institutions and researcher adopts the different magnetic field parameters, so itleading to different experimental results. This paper systematically studied the frequency of50Hz electromagnetic field to promote bone formation in the optimal magnetic field intensity,waveform, duration, and studied the screening to obtain the optimal parameters on culturedrat femoral tissues in vitro.The osteoblast was separation from neonatal rat in vitro. The subcultures were randalydivied into differents groups and exposure under electromagnetic fields.1, The sub-osteoblastwas exposured under50Hz,0.9~4.8mT (interval0.3mT) sinusoidal electromagnetic field1.5h per day;2, The sub-osteoblast was treated with50Hz1.8mT four different waveelectromagnetic field treatment30min per day;3, The sub-osteoblast was treated with50Hz1.8mT sinusoidal electromagnetic field at different time of0.5h~3h (interval0.5h) perday;4, The rat femur tssue was exposure under50Hz1.8mT sinusoidal electromagneticfield1.5h per day; The results showed that0.9~4.8mT sinusoidal electromagnetic field havetwo promote osteoblast differentiation and maturation of magnetic induction intensity,1.8mTand3.6mT, but the sinusoidal electromagnetic field are inhibited osteoblast proliferationinhibition; Sinusoidal wave and triangle wave to promote the proliferation of osteoblasts,square wave to promote the proliferation of osteoblasts the proliferation of osteoblasts; The50Hz,1.8mT sinusoidal electromagnetic field treatment osteoblast1h and1.5h couldsignificantly promote osteoblast differentiation; The result showed that also found50Hz,1.8mT sinusoidal electromagnetic field significant improving rat femur tissue metabolism for1hand1.5h per day;The results showed that, the electromagnetic to promote osteoblast differentiation andmaturation, in the maturation phase,but this effect have intensity, duration, waveformoptimization parameters. The optimal parameters of electromagnetic on rat bone tissue of rats,that found the electromagnetic can improve femoral tissue metabolic activity. |
