Objective To observe the Discharging-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Stasis formula elderly hyperuricemia in patients with treatment, and to improve the efficacy and safety evaluation of the symptoms of blood stasis in TCM phlegm, and to explore this side of the protective effect of vascular endothelial function in such patients.Methods The experiment included46patients met the the hyperuricemia Western diagnostic criteria and phlegm stasis syndrome of TCM diagnostic criteria in elderly patients, including37male and9female, age60-90years old, were randomly divided into observation group and control group,23were in the observation group to Discharging-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Stasis formula+basic treatment,and control group only to basic treatment, observation time of30days, were measured in serum uric acid and vascular endothelial function parameters (serum nitric oxide, superoxide dismutase level of homocysteine), before and after treatment, and to assess the efficacy of TCM symptom score, statistical analysis, two groups of treatment outcomes.Results The results of the observation group and control group, age, gender, pre-treatment TCM symptom score no significant statistical difference (P>0.05), two groups were comparable. TCM symptom score efficacy results suggest that the observation group points lower than the control group, the efficacy index (47.87±0.15%) higher than that in the control group (32.36±0.12%) in the observation group three cases markedly effective in19cases in the control group0cases markedly effective in13cases,10cases, the observation group were significantly better than the control group. Serum uric acid results suggest that:After treatment, average hematuria acidic water reduced, and the observation group than in the control group were significantly different; results suggest that vascular endothelial function parameters, and observed that NO levels were significantly elevated after treatment and compared with the control group were significantly different; increased SOD level of the observation group after treatment, but not significantly better than the control group; observed after treatment group Hey levels significantly lower than the control group were significantly different.Conclusion1.Discharging-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Stasis formula dampness drug compatibility of the goods of promoting blood circulation and blood stasis, expel dampness, phlegm and blood to meet the needs of the elderly HUA vascular lesions senior citizens wasting stasis, phlegm and blood stasis mainly pathogenesis characteristics, clinically significant improvement in Chinese medicine phlegm stasis syndrome symptoms;2Discharging-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Stasis formula to pass through the conditioning, spleen and kidney, discharging turbidity reduce the generation of endogenous uric acid, increased uric acid excretion, play the combined effects of lower blood uric acid;3. Discharging-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Stasis formula by elevated serum NO, SOD levels, lower blood uric acid, Hcy levels, regulate the endogenous vasodilator, increasing the rate of oxygen radical scavenging, reducing the release of inflammatory factors, delaying apoptosis of endothelial cells, and thus to protect the role of vascular endothelial function. Significance; delay vascular aging, the development of prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and its associated cardio-cerebral vascular diseases;4.The treatment of Discharging-Turbidity-and-Dredging-Stasis formula in elderly HUA vascular endothelial injury is safe and effective.
