The Clinic Observation Of Achalasia Pelvic Floor Syndrome By Different Electroacupuncture Frequency

【Background】 CFC is a common disease in clinic, with complicated etiological factors and stubborn disease and difficult treatments. The tendency of morbidity rises year by year. Achalasia pelvic floor syndrome is a commom type in CFC.Constipation is the level1disease spectrum in acupuncture with curative effect. Electroacupuncture is stable and adjustable and can be setted time and quantity. But there are not regular electroacupuncture parameters standards, especially the clinic study of different electroacupuncture frequency on achalasia pelvic floor syndrome. To treat the achalasia pelvic floor syndrome by the same scheme biofeedback and acupuncture wi,th different electroacupuncture frequency. By clinic observation and curative effect to provide clinical evidence for optimizing electroacupuncture scheme.【Objective】 To observe the effectivity of different electroacupuncture frequency on anismus. And to evaluate the influence of curative effect by different electroacupuncture parameters. To provide clinical evidence for optimizing electroacupuncture scheme.[Methods] The60patients were divided into3groups by random number table,2Hz group,15Hz group and1OOHz group. And take the same scheme biofeedback.Select the main point: Tianshu,Qihai,Shangjuxu,Zushanli,Baihui;Zhongliao,Xialiao,Dachangshu,Shenshu,Pishu. Alternate the two groups each day and with electroacupuncture after getting gas for30min. Then adjust the electroacupuncture parameters according to group requirements.10treatments were a course, and in general, the patients received2courses of treatment. After specialized subject diagnosis clearly,recording the diary of the patient,PAC-QOL and patient reported out-comes(PRO) before and after the treatment. Comparing the major clinical symptoms and the quality of life before and after treatments in the self-control method and comparison among groups. Using PRO curative effect evaluation method.[Results] Significant improvement of effectivity was observed in the different electroacupuncture frequency on achalasia pelvic floor syndrome. The score decreased significantly after treatment. Difficulty degree of defecation,15Hz group has more advantage then2Hz group. PAC-QOL,state of mind,15Hz group has more advantage then100Hz group. Worry degree and the total score,15Hz group and1O0Hz group has more advantage then2Hz group.Using PRO curative effect evaluation method. There were statistical significance between15Hz group and100Hz group. The15Hz group has more advantage then100Hz group.[Conclusions] It is effect on achalasia pelvic floor syndrome by electroacupuncture. There is different improvements to different constipation symptoms in the different electroacupuncture frequency. The improvement of PAC-QOL, in general, low frequency electroacupuncture is superior to high frequency electroacupuncture. There are different conclusions according to different curative effect evaluation methods. In Chinese traditional medicine new drug clinical research guiding principle, there were no statistical differences in overall effect among groups.But in PRO curative effect evaluation method, the15Hz group is superior to100Hz group.
