Objection:Biofeedback is the treatment of constipation due to pelvic floor achalasia line therapy, but emotional factors may restrict the clinical efficacy of biofeedback.Observation the clinical curative effect of Jieyu Tongyou Tang combined with biological feedback in the treatment of achalasia pelvic floor syndrome(APFS), traditional Chinese medicine dialectical as the type of liver and spleen which is not adjustable o To valuate the feasibility, validity and advantage of biofeedback associating with JIE YU TONG YOUG TANG to provide the basis for its clinical application.Methods:Choosing40patients suffered from constipation who admitted in this clinical department between Jan01,2013to2014, and conforms to the standard. Randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (20cases) and control group (20cases). The treatment group treatment is the disease experienced instructors using the Jieyu Tongyou Tang, at the same time,is combining with biofeedback therapy instrument, while the control group were treated with biofeedback therapy instrument.10days for a course of treatment。 Observed the changing after treatment of the patients with primary symptom, psychological state, pelvic floor methods of electrical level, and record the observation indicators, statistical analysis, analysis of curative effect, draw the conclusion.Results:1. After two courses of treatment, the treatment group of20cases, clinical healing in2cases,14cases were markedly effective, effective in2cases, ineffective in2cases, markedly effective rate was80%, total effective rate was90%. The control group of20cases, clinical recovery0cases,4cases had marked effect,8cases effective,8no effect, the markedly effective rate was20%, total effective rate was60%. After statistics analysis, an increasingly rate of two groups have statistical significance (P<0.01, the total effective rate (P<0.05), the treatment group in the symptoms improved significantly better than that in control group.2.The treatment group in improving abdominal distension, sigh, belching, heart annoyed, NaCha difficulty, defecation time, defecate frequency, not the feeling, the anus defecate belly are waiting for the rest of the various clinical symptoms were better than that in control group (P<0.05).3.After statistics processing, pelvic floor recorded electrical evaluation results compared with before treatment, after treatment Glazer pelvic floor electromyography assessment of baseline before and after the contraction amplitude were significantly lower, rapid contraction phase maximum contraction amplitude increased significantly, contracting, tolerance contraction phase variation coefficient is decreased obviously, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).4.The treatment group in improving the anxiety and depression significantly superior to that in control group (P<0.01).5. After the treatment were followed up for2months, the treatment group had one case of recurrence, there are three cases of recurrence in the control group. Their efficiency is85%and45%respectively. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion:l.Biofeedback therapy is effective for achalasia pelvic floor syndrome.2.Jieyu Tongyou Tang combine with biofeedback can significantly improve clinical symptoms, anxiety and depression.3.Jieyu Tongyou Tang combines with biofeedback therapy is a good efficacy treatments and stable。 Lifting the main disease, at the same time it take liver and spleen as a fundamental, to make up the lack of pelvic floor biofeedback therapy achalasia constipation only using biofeedback therapy instrument.
