| Objectives:1.To study the levels of plasma immunoglobulin between two types of deficiency with Qi and Yin in children with FRNS and normal children,then finding the obviously abnormal types;2.Study on the correlation analysis between abnormal immunoglobulin and24hour urinary protein quantitative,serum albumin and plasma cholesterol, seeking a possible pathogenic regularity;3.Making a discussion of mechanism to the treatment based on differentiation syndrome and the regulation with immune,then finding some theoretical basises for the Chinese medicine to improve the immune status of two types of deficiency with Qi and Yin in children with FRNS.Methods:1. Dividing the health children in outpatient ionto normal group,and treating the diagnosed two types of deficiency with Qi and Yin in children with FRNS as prevalence group.2.Making the normal group’s serum immunoglobulins (IgG, IgE, IgM, IgA) as a control levels,then studying the prevalence group’s serum albumin,24hour urinary protein quantitative and plasma cholesterol at the time of first attacking, after the onset of1-2and4-7months.3.Compared the plasma immunoglobulin between normal group and prevalence group,and finding out the significantly different ones.Then making a correlation analysis between abnormal immunoglobulin and24hour urinary protein quantitative,serum albumin and plasma cholesterol.Results:1. After a comparidon of general datas between normal group which inclueded19cases and first diagnosised types of deficiency with Qi and Yin in children with FRNS which included33cases,there is no significant differences in genders and ages.2.There is a significantly reduced of plasma IgG for the prevalence group.But at the time of4-7months after first incidence a obvious rising up could be found compared to1-2months.3.The lower level also is very obvioused of IgA,But there isn’t any difference in the prevalence groups.4.and the significant differences yet couldn’t be founded for IgM&IgE between two groups.5.A forthcr study certifies the positive liner correlation between IgG and serum albumin at the time of1-2months and4-7months after first time.while a negative liner correlation could be found between IgG and24hours urine protein quantitative and plasma cholesterol.But there is no liner correlation between them at the first incidencc.6.For IgA,exception for some positive liner correlation to plasma albumin at the first attacking,there in no any liner correlation between other groups. Conclusions:1.The sex ratio of two types of deficiency with Qi and Yin in children with FRNS is2.3to l,and there isn’t significant difference in ages of oneset.2.There is some Ig disorder phenomenon in two types of deficiency with Qi and Yin in children with FRNS.A significant induce about IgG and IgA could be found compared to normal group.But these induce isn’t cetified for IgM and IgE.3.At the time of1-2months and4-7months after first attacking,there is a positive liner correlation between IgG and serum albumin,while a negative liner correlation could be found between IgG and24hours urine protein quantitative and plasma cholesterol.4.The immunoglobulin disorder of Qi and Yin in children with FRNS may be improved by chinese medicine. |
