The Clinical Efficacy Study Of Wen Shen Juan Bi Decoction For Shen Xu Shi Zu In Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe Wen Shen Juan Bi Decoction for Shen Xu Shi Zu in knee osteoarthritis of clinical efficacy.Method:inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis60patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group of30cases,30cases of contral group. Treatment group was treated with Wen Shen Juan Bi Decoction,and the control group were given Jin Gu Tong Xiao Pill, Surrounded by a course of treatment. Using Lysholm knee score scale (LKSS) and visual analogue scales (VAS) evaluation before and after treatment scores were compared using statistical method, and the fourth week after treatment to evalu-ate the clinical efficacy, and observed adverse reactions.Results:1、All pationts were available for follow-up,and the age,gender, LKSS score, VAS score have no statistics different (p>0.05) of two groups before treat ment.2、LKSS score, VAS score and remission rate have significant difference of two groups after2-4weeks of treat-ment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3、The two groups were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Wen shen juan bi decoction has a satisfactory clinical outcome in curing osteoarth-ritis of the knee for Shen Xu Shi Zu, has less side effects and should be widely applied.
