Clinical Studies Of The Effects In The Traditional Herbs And The Ultramicro Herbs Of Xuefuzhuyutang In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Of Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effects of the Traditional herbs and the Ultramicro herbs of Xuefuzhuyutang in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease of Blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods:60patients with coronary heart disease of Blood Stasis Syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.30patients in treatment group were treated with the Traditional herbs of Xuefuzhuyutang,1packet twice a day and the control group was treated with the Ultramicro herbs of Xuefuzhuyutang,1packet twice a day too.The therapeutic course for both groups was4weeks.Two groups were observed in the tranditional Chinese medicine syndromes,the tranditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs,angina pectoris, ECG, the amount of nitroglycerin, homocysteine, lipoprotein (a) before and after the treatments.Results:Two groups of data analysis:the two groups before treatment in terms of gender,age,age segmentation,disease duration,duration of segmenta-tion, combined diseases statistically no significantdifference (p>0.05), two groups of general information,withcomparable. Two groups in terms of reducing angina frequency and improve the TCM Syndrome-designate, to improve the tranditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs, to reduce Hcy and Lp(a) the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Two groups to improve electrocardiogram, reducednitroglycerin to stop the reduction rate, the difference was notsigni-ficant statistically significant (p>0.05).Conclusion:Comparison of two groups before and after treatment, angina pectoris, syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and physical signs,integral,nitroglycerin tablet usage, Hey and LP(a) levels are improved; and the front and back the difference has statistics difference; Xuefu-zhuyutang of ultramicro group in improving the attack of angina pectoris, improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine traditional Chinese medicine, reduce symptoms, decrease of Hey and Lipoprotein(a) level is obviously superior to the traditional pieces set.Effect of Xuefuzhuyutang in treatment of blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease of safe, effective prescription, clinical observation process without the occurrence of adverse events, without any toxic and side reaction.
