Clinical Research For Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin The Treatment Of The Hot And Humid Betting Type Of Nongonococcal Urethritis

Objective:To observethe clinical theraPeutie of Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin effect on the Hot and humid betting type of nongonococcal urethritis.Methods:90cases of nongonococcal urethritis patients were randomly divided into three treatment groups, There are30cases of Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin groups;30cases of BaZheng particles group, and30cases of azithromycin group. The treatment course is7days, and observe a course of two. Before treatment, respectively in1,2treatment course, observe three groups of clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome, improve, pathogens and recurrence rate of shade condition of the above results and statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effectiverate of Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group was83.33%,The total effectiverate of BaZheng particles group was66.67%,The total effective rate of azithromycin group was76.67%, There were significant differences (P<0.05) of comparision of the clinical efficacy between Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group and BaZheng particles group.There was no significant difference between Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group and azithromycin group(P>0.05).2.Three groups before and after treatment symptom scores are comparing statistical meaning(P<0.01);There were significant differences (P<0.01) of comparision of symptom scores of three groups between pretreatment and Post treatment. After treatment,There were significant differences (P<0.01) of comparision of symptom scores of between Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group and BaZheng particles group, as well as between Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group and azithromycin group. There was no significant difference between BaZheng particles group and azithromycin group(P>0.05).3.CT+UU negative rate of Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group was83.33%,CT+UU negative rate of BaZheng particles group was43.3%,CT+UU negative rate of azithromycin group was70%,There were significant differences (P<0.05) of comparision of CT+UU negative rate between Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin Group and BaZheng particles group. There was no significant difference between Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group and azithromycin group(P>0.05).4.The relapse rate of Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group was9.10%,The relapse rate of BaZheng particles group was15.38%,The relapse rate of azithromycin group was52.23%, There were significant differences (P<0.05) of comparision of the relapse rate of between Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin group and azithromycin group, as well as between BaZheng particles group and azithromycin group.Conelusion:Jiaweihuzhang Decoctionin treatment on sexual urethritis coccus of the effective method function; In TCM symptoms improve better than BaZheng particles and azithromycin;Clinical curative effect is better than the BaZheng particles, and azithromycin treatment group; Decrease the relapse rate, no bad reaction, And its are safe without and side effects.It deserves further study and clinical application.
