Atherosclerosis is the pathological basis for the formation of cardiovascular disease, which has some relations with the content change of trace element in the human body based on epidemiological research and clinical findings. Trace elements have very important influence on the physiological function, even though their content is limited. Research on their detection, distribution characteristics, function mechanism and influence on the physiological function has become an important issue in chemistry and pharmaceutical health. Testing of trace elements can not only provide accurate and scientific basis for the optimization of the treatment plan, but also provide constructive suggestions for the prevention of certain diseases, especially for metabolic diseases and immunologic diseases. Some reaserch results show that the correlation of lack of selenium and liver disease in the evidence-base study. If the body is short of selenium, the liveness of glutathione peroxide (GSH-Px) in liver cells reduces, the liver metabolic function disorders and the clear capability to peroxide declines. It will further cause peroxidation damage to liver cell membrane lipid and membrane function, and result in retrogression and necrosis of liver cells. Finally, it will develop into liver fibrillation. The decline of hepatic metabolism and detoxification function can cause the occurring of bleeding or hepatic encephalopathy. This paper takes the New Zealand rabbits with atherosclerosis disease as the research objects, and detects the Se content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Compared with it in the normal group rabbits liver, this research will explore the influence of dietary structure on the Se content in the human body. At the same time, Compared with it in the atherosclerosis rabbit liver after treatement group, this research will provide a medical thought for its disease cause and prevention and treatment of AS (atherosclerosis). Simultaneous analyse the correlation between Se content and liver disease. The main contents of the paper are as follows:1. Detection of Se content in rabbit liver of normal groupIn accordance with instrument parameters determine its fluorescence intensity (If). Verify the accuracy and reliability and detection of Se content in feed by use of feed samples for precision and spike recovery experiment. Reproduce rabbit liver by a normal diet, liver tissue washed with distilled water, high pure water twice. After drying12h in the drying oven, microwave-digest the sample and then measure the Se content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.2. Detection of Se content in rabbit liver of AS groupReproduce rabbit liver with atherosclerosis disease by a high-fat diet, and Digests the sample by microwave method and then measure the Se content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Compared with it in rabbits liver of normal group, the paper explores the influence of dietary structure on the Se content, and provides a medical thought for further prevention and treatment of AS. At the same time, this research analyses the influence of the change of Se content on the occurrence and development of AS.3. Detection of Se content in rabbit liver of treated group Reproduce rabbit liver with atherosclerosis disease by a high-fat diet, and then treat with medicine (atra, rosuvastatin, ML-7, melatonin, telmisartan). Digests the sample with miscible liquids of nitric acid and peroxide by microwave method and then measure the Se content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Analyse the influence of the change of Se content in the treated group and AS group, discuss on the effect of drug in Se content of liver tissue, and provide instructive suggestions on the optimization of the treatment plan.
