PartⅠ Clinical observation researchObjective:To observe the clinical effect of Yin Xie No.1treating with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:We randomly divided the24patients with psoriasis vulgaris into two groups:Yin Xie No. lgroup (group A), and TWP group (group B). The clinical effect (PASI scores) were separatly evaluated after1month.Results:Under the clinical observation,the rates of the recovery and total significant efficiency of group A were25%&66.7%, while group B were16.7%&58.3%. There were no statistical significance between group A and B under the square Test(P>0.05). There were some mild side-effect like dizziness, sickness of1case in group B, while none in group A.Conclusion:Separatly supplied to curing psoriasis vulgaris, Yin Xie No.1and multiglucosid have similar effect, without significant difference, and there are less side-effects.Part Ⅱ Metabolomic research of urine from patients with psoriasis Based on1H-NMRObjective:Based on the metabonomics of urine, we tried to explore metabolic phenotypic characteristics of psoriasis vulgaris patients and the mechanism of Yin Xie No.1comparing before and after treatment with the control group(healthy people).Methods:24patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, the Yin Xie No.1group (group A), and TWP group (group B),both were treated for1month; while the control group were16healthy people.1H-NMR were used to analyse the urine’s metabolic of patients with psoriasis vulgaris before and after treatment and the healthy people. The difference of metabolic products between patients with psoriasis before and after treatment with healthy people were studied by analyse the main ingredients with the Simcap software.Results:1H-NMR shows that butanediamine, trimethylamine, acetylcholine, lactic acid and ureophil were more than healthy people, while creatinine, trimethylamine oxide, glycine and hippuric acid were less in the urine of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris. The content of testosterone, corruption amine were less, while creatinine, trimethylamine oxide, dimethylglycine, gump3phosphoric acid oleic acidand lactic acid more than comparing before with after using Yin Xie No.1.Conclusion:Through the metabolomic research, there are disorder metabolism of carbohydrate, protein and amino acids in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris, which involves the Krebs cycle, gluconeogenesis, glycolysis, amino acid metabolism, purine pyrimidine metabolism and other metabolic pathways. Psoriasis vulgaris may also cause damage of barrier function of bowel mucous membrane and injure of liver. Yin Xie No.1can regulate the sugar and lipid metabolisms of the patients with psoriasis, and it makes the metabolic network trend repaired normal state, which may be the mechanism of Yin Xie No.1treating with psoriasis vulgaris.
