| Background:Nowadays, with the health care improved and people’s pressure of spiritual life increasing, anxiety disorder shows prominent. The modern medical science ascribes the cause of the disease to genetic, physiological, biochemical, psychological factor, social factor and neural anatomy part about disease, which is mainly treated with drug intervention. Because adverse reactions are difficult to tolerance, and the course is long, Patients can hardly keep long-term treatments, which causes the low Clinical curative effect. Traditional Chinese medicine has obtained certain curative effect on the disease. In recent years,"constitution" classification based on "fangzheng" and "yaozheng" are wildly mastered and used by whom like " jingfang"."Constitutionclassification brings good news for the patients with feature of strong practice, and easy to generalize, good curative effect, few side-effects. Observation research in our clinic shows that " guizhi constitution" in a great part of all patients, which shows relationship with anxiety disorders. To use "guizhi" and prescriptions that contain "guizhi". There is lack of standards for "guizhi constitution" classification, which Limits its promotion. This study select "guizhi constitution" as the subject,which explore personality characteristic of "guizhi" and the relationship between "guizhi" and anxiety disorders.Objective:To study basic situation and characteristics of symptoms of Guizhi constitution and explore its correlation with anxiety disorders through statistical analysis, with the purpose to providing certain reference for carrying out such clinical study of constitution diagnosis in the futureMethods: To collect clinical information of "guizhi constitution" and "other constitution", then establish database in SPSS17for statistical analysis in general information、symptom、sign and factor points of HAMA, MMPI.ect. There is56.5%cases in guizhi with more than14score in Hamilton anxiety scare, and29.1%in non-guizhi. The diference is significant(P<0.01)3. Through the rank and inspection, there is-significant different between guizhi and non-guizhi on hypochondria, depression, hysteria, mental disorder, paranoid, a breakdown, light manic, social introverted, no consistency factor comparison(P<0.05). guizhi has positive correlation with hysteria and negative correlation with the manic by Logistic regression constitution analysisConclusion:Preliminarily determine the core symptoms of guizhi constitution.Preliminarily evidence the core symptoms of guizhi constitution are similar with symptoms of anxiety in modern medicine, such as dizziness, heart palpitations, tired, dry mouth, urinary frequency urgency, sweating, muscular tone such as pain consistent personality characteristics analysis research suggests hysteria personality characteristics of guizhi constitution, suggesting that we should consider about personality characteristics of guizhi contitution patients in clinical should combine psychological therapy to enhance the curative efft. |
